Portraits make great gifts for all occasions or can be commissioned to memorialize your pet. Each painting is made from 2-3 quality close up photos, tell me your favorite colors or themes and a bit about your pet. I use high quality watercolor paints, gouache, and ink on artist grade paper. Paintings are mounted on birch cradle board using high quality glues, fixative and wax to make it UV and water resistant. Many artists, including myself have been using this process to cleanly display watercolor art without being distracted by the glare from the glass.
Once you purchase your painting, email Lana via ([email protected]) with receipt number. I ask for 3 to 4 clear photos of the pet. Natural light works best, make sure the fur and eyes are clear colors. Forward facing or slightly angled photos work best.
Allow 4 to 8 weeks delivery. shipping may be extra.
